Welcome to Life Domestic. By browsing our website or making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. This document constitutes the adhesion contract between the consumer (hereinafter referred to as "Client") and Life Domestic, governed by transparency, good faith, and current Brazilian legislation. 

1. Nature of the Operation and Intermediation

Life Domestic operates as an e-commerce platform under the business intermediation model (Dropshipping). We use automation technology (AutoDS) to connect our clients to global suppliers of pet products.

Role of the Store: We act as agents and facilitators of the purchase, curating suppliers, providing customer support, and tracking logistics.

Inventory Logistics: We do not maintain our own inventory. The product is shipped directly from the international or national supplier's distribution center to the Client's final address.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Upon completing an order, the Customer declares to be aware that: Data Accuracy:

 It is the Customer's sole responsibility to correctly and completely fill in the delivery information. Life Domestic is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from addressing errors.

Delivery Attempts: If the product is returned after a delivery attempt by the Post Office (or carrier) due to the absence of recipients or incorrect addresses, the cost of resending will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

Verification Upon Receipt: The Customer must verify the integrity of the packaging upon delivery. If there is visible damage or tampering, the collection must be refused and our team notified immediately.

3. Logistics, Deadlines and Tracking

Our processes are automated to ensure efficiency, respecting the following deadlines:

Processing and Dispatch: After payment confirmation, the order takes 1 to 3 business days to be processed and dispatched by the supplier. 

Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time varies between 12 and 25 business days, and may fluctuate due to the efficiency of the postal service, customs procedures, or force majeure events.

Tracking Code: Tracking information will be automatically sent to the registered email address within 5 business days after shipment. 

4. Taxation and Import (Compliant Shipment)

As import intermediaries, we follow the guidelines of the Compliant Shipment program:

Import Taxes: In accordance with Brazilian law, import taxes (ICMS and Import Tax, when applicable) may be charged directly at checkout or at the time of nationalization.

Transparency: Life Domestic will inform you of any applicable charges at the time of purchase. Any postal handling fees charged by the Post Office are the responsibility of the recipient, except in promotional campaigns indicated in the store.

5. Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

In full compliance with the Consumer Protection Code (CDC):

Right of Withdrawal:The Customer has a period of 7 (seven) calendar days, from the date of receipt, to request a return due to withdrawal.The product must be in its original packaging, without signs of use and with all accessories. 

Defect Warranty: We offer a 90-day legal warranty for manufacturing defects. To activate it, send evidence (photos/videos) to lifedomestic2026@gmail.com. After technical analysis and confirmation of the defect,we will proceed with the replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Method: The refund will be processed using the same payment method used (Credit Card or PIX), respecting the processing times of the financial institutions.

6. Intellectual Property and Privacy

All website content (texts, images, logos, and descriptions) is the intellectual property of Life Domestic or its partners. Reproduction or copying without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

Privacy: Your data is handled securely and used strictly for completing your purchase and providing support, in accordance with our Privacy Policy (LGPD).

7. Changes to the Terms

Life Domestic reserves the right to update these terms periodically. We recommend reading this page whenever you make a new purchase to stay informed about any operational or legislative changes.
