At Life Domestic, our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you received a product and are not satisfied, or if it has a defect, we are here to help.
1. Right of Withdrawal (7 Days)
According to current regulations, the customer has up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request a return due to regret or dissatisfaction.
Condition: The product must be in its original packaging, without signs of use, accompanied by all accessories and manuals.
Refund: You may choose a full refund of the amount paid or a discount coupon of the same value for future purchases.
2. Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects
We offer a [30 or 90] day warranty for any manufacturing defect.

The chargeback will be processed as soon as the product returns to our distribution center or after verification of the defect (as per analysis):
Credit Card: The chargeback will appear on up to two subsequent billing statements (card issuer rules).
Pix/Boleto: The refund will be made via bank transfer to the account of the purchase holder within 10 business days.
