Shipping and Delivery Policy
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Welcome to our shipping page. Our goal is to ensure your products arrive safely and on time. Below, we detail how our logistics process works in partnership with our global suppliers via AutoDS.
1. Product Origin
We work with carefully selected international and national suppliers. This allows us to offer innovative products and competitive prices. Depending on the item chosen, your order may be shipped from distribution centers in the United States, Europe, or Asia.
2. Processing Time
After payment confirmation, the order goes through the following flow:
Picking and Packaging: The supplier receives the order and prepares it for shipment.
Deadline: This process takes 1 to 5 business days.
Shipping: As soon as the product is shipped, you will receive a tracking code in your email.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time varies depending on the supplier's location and delivery address:
Average Time: Between 10 and 25 business days.
External Factors: During festive seasons, holidays, or atypical customs situations, this timeframe may vary slightly.
4. Order Tracking
All orders have a tracking code that can be followed from the departure from the country of origin until arrival at your residence.
The code is automatically sent to the registered email address within 7 business days after purchase.
You can track your order directly on our website or through the postal service website.
5. Shipping in Separate Packages
Because we use the AutoDS automation system to connect different suppliers, if you purchase two or more different products, they may be shipped in separate packages. Don't worry, this is normal and you will receive a tracking code for each package.
6. Delivery Address and Responsibility
Delivery is made to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please pay close attention when filling out this information.
Incorrect Address: If the product cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the cost of a new shipment will be the customer's responsibility.
Absence at the Location: The Post Office makes up to three delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the package, it may be held for collection at a nearby agency or returned to the sender.
7. Customs Duties (Important)
For products shipped from abroad, any and all import or postal handling fees charged by Customs or the Post Office are the sole responsibility of Life Domestic. If you receive a tax notice, please contact us immediately so we can provide guidance or make the payment.
